Meet the Teacher Night – PTO Table Volunteers Needed!

Help us kick off the school year with Wildcat pride! The Osceola Elementary PTO will be hosting an information and spirit gear table during Meet the Teacher Night—and we’d love your help!

This is our first big opportunity to connect with new and returning families, introduce what the PTO is all about, recruit new members, and sell Wildcat spirit gear. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or just getting started, this is a great way to support our school and help build a strong, connected community.

Volunteer Roles Include:

  • Greeting families and sharing what the PTO does

  • Helping with membership sign-ups

  • Assisting with spirit gear sales

  • Answering general questions and sharing upcoming events

  • Setting up and packing up the table

Event Details:

📅 Date:Thursday, August 7th
🕕 Time: 4:30 - 6:15 pm
🛠 Setup Begins: 4:00 pm
📍 Location: Osceola Elementary – Front Lobby/Cafeteria (TBD)
