🎃 Join the Trunk or Treat Committee!

Osceola Elementary’s annual Trunk or Treat is one of the most anticipated events of the fall season—and we need a spirited team of volunteers to help bring the magic to life!

The Trunk or Treat Committee will work together to plan and organize all aspects of the event, from layout and decorations to coordinating trunk sign-ups, activities, candy needs, and event logistics. If you enjoy creative planning, teamwork, and seeing kids light up in costume, this is the committee for you!

Committee Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping plan the event layout and schedule

  • Organizing trunk host sign-ups

  • Coordinating candy donations and supplies

  • Planning games, contests, or entertainment (optional)

  • Assisting with promotion and communication

  • Overseeing setup and general coordination on event day

Event Date: Friday, October 24th

Time Commitment: weekly short virtual planning meetings + optional help day-of
